Covid 19 Return to play questionaire ONLINE LINK and Insturction   14/07/2020

Members, players and parents,

1. Before coming back to the club for your first training session you must complete the online health questionnaire for each player or mentor or yourself if you are planning to remain at the club to help during training e.g. as a covid sup. Do this in teh 24 hours before the first session so it reflects the latest information

2. Then before every session attended go into the app and reconfirm your / your player's  health status


3. Ensure you let the teams covid sup know you;ve done this and that your players attendance is recorded


4. Please take the GAA online training module to understand whats proposed

Other club instructions during this time


  • Training will be normal contact from monday 29 June
  • no sharing of water bottles
  • bring your own water, hurl, helmet
  • Parents/guardians should drop children and leave once attendance and declaration recorded
  • When training is over please lave the club promptly  , don't stop to chat so we can minimize the numbers in the car pk etc
  • Use hand sanitizer at pitch entry points
  • The clubhouse will be closed during initial phase so toilets will only be the outdoor ones for now (may change once GAA clarify)
  • all team equipment, balls, sliotars, cones will be sanitized before each session by the teams covid sup
  • If you/your child is feeling unwell please do not attend training
  • If you have a vulnerable person in your household or feel uneasy about return to play please let your team mentor know you won't be returning just yet
