By now most people will be familiar with the GAA Foireann app. It was widely used last year to log everyone's health status on a questionnaire when they were coming to the club.
The system is also now being used to record all GAA, LGFA and Camogie memberships replacing an older database system called Servasports.
Foireann is fully GDPR compliant as was the old system.
When you pay your club membership on our Clubzap portal , the club secretary or juvenile secretary will amend your record on Foireann to reflect this. However we ask you to be patient as this is a large administrative task for us due to the way the GAA have set it up
Last year everyone was able to create their own account and enter their players details on the system. Additionally the GAA migrated all the Servasports records to the new system as did LGFA and Camogie. The result is that some players have one profile while others have 3 or even 4. Its the intention of Croke Park to merge duplicate records sometime this summer but in the meantime don't be alarmed if you go into foireann and don't see your membership status as paid up even though you have registered for 2021 with St Maurs.
We ask all St Maurs players to now register with the club for 2021 season. the rates need to stay the same as other years in order to run the club effectively but we are committed to giving 8 months of great value to our players including summer events which will be heavily discounted. We will also be undertaking new projects to ensure the club facilities are of the highest standard and some of that work has started already as you will notice when you walk through onto the grass pitches.
Membership can be paid using the Clubzap platform from the website , the app or via this link membership link
If anyone needs assistance then you can still contact the office on 018438233 to arrange registration although we aren't running an open door policy just yet due to the restrictions
thanks for your support
